Fifteen years ago, I earned certification in DISC personality analysis and, with a master’s degree in counseling psychology, I was able to help others analyze personalities and resolve relationship issues. As a physics teacher and school counselor, I frequently used DISC to assist students and their parents. However, when my wife and I started a media company and consulting and training center together, I realized that my previous knowledge wasn’t enough to improve relationships at home or work. My wife and I have very different personalities, and our children each have their own unique traits. Often, I found myself doubting my abilities because I was too focused on understanding others’ perspectives, leaving me feeling powerless.

It wasn’t until I went through MLI training that I understood that DISC is just a tool, and real breakthroughs come through God’s power. The course “The Power of Prayer” taught me how to seek God's help through prayer, while “Emotional Boundaries” showed me how to protect my emotions and avoid losing myself in relationships. These teachings brought about a significant transformation in my life.

Now, when I face challenges in my family or at work, I pray and entrust the issues to God. I've also learned to take more responsibility and establish healthy relationships with my family and colleagues. My wife is less prone to outbursts under stress, and my bond with our children has strengthened. Notably, when my daughter has emotional struggles, she too has learned to pray for peace and guidance.

At work, I maintain balance through prayer and have learned how to effectively communicate with partners of different personalities in business meetings. I have built a strong business alliance and was even elected as its leader. I credit all of this to God’s guidance and MLI’s training, which has helped me elevate my life, family, and career to new heights.

I truly believe that MLI is more than just an educational platform—it is a journey of breakthrough and renewal. I give all the glory to God!
