Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord and the fruit of the womb is a reward. The purpose of baby dedication and blessing is for  parents to bring forth their children and give thanks before men and God, dedicate themselves, their children and family to make a covenant with God, determined to faithfully nurture children entrusted by God so that they may become people who are pleasing to God’s heart. We urge for our next generation to please God’s heart and to be greatly used by God.

It may be hard to understand the unpredicted behaviours of children, being unconstrained at times, yet practical and down to earth at others. Consequently, parents may feel anxious and frustrated.
